The Fleet Manager (FM) Terminal is a versatile data input and display unit, designed to work in conjunction with existing and future VDO Fleet Management on-board computers (OBC's) and telematics products. Using the FM Terminal, your driver can capture operating data (for example: reasons for journeys, re-fueling data, laid-up periods, customer details, product orders, etc.) in the VDO Fleet Manager 200 Plus on-board computer.

The display unit will also show your drivers standard event violations as detected by the VDO Fleet Manager 200 Plus unit, for example, over-speeding or harsh breaking. Two management reports are available to present this data back to you in a useful format. The FM Terminal operates by means of a logical menu-driven system, which is clearly laid out, allowing for simple operation.

Additionally the product can be used as a messaging terminal for sending and receiving job messages between driver and office. For more information, see Tracking and Messaging with the FM 200 Plus.

The Fleet Manager (FM) Info is a simplified display and data input unit that warnings detected by VDO Fleet Manager 200 Plus and allows your drivers to select a reason for driving (e.g. Private, Business, Work-to-Home, etc.). The FM Info plugs directly into the VDO Fleet Manager 200 Plus on-board computer (OBC) and requires no special hardware installation. Data captured via the FM Info is stored in the VDO Fleet Manager 200 Plus OBC, along with event and second-by-second interval data.

The Fleet Manager (FM) Trailer ID unit allows you to identify which trailer is connected to which horse at any given time, when your trailer was connected to a horse / disconnected from a horse, how far the trailer has traveled over a period of time (in last trip, last month, or entire lifetime) and where a trailer was left when it was disconnected. This product works with the Fleet Manager Trailer ID Extension.

The Fleet Manager (FM) TCO Unit is a coupling-device between a VDO Fleet Manager (FM) 200 Plus on-board computer and a tachograph (1318, 1319, 1324 & TVI). This enables the VDO Fleet Manager 200 Plus to electronically duplicate the tachograph information in order to save on capturing or scanning charts. Data includes Vehicle- & Engine-speed, driver 1 & 2 driving modes (Active work, Passive work and Rest), vehicle moving/stopped, engine on/off and chart error, etc. This product works with the Fleet Manager TCO Driver Data Extension.

The Fleet Manager (FM) Keypad is a unit that displays your GSM connection status and allows you to capture driving reasons. The selection of Driving Reasons are usually for Tax purposes, and the selection of Phone Numbers for making voice calls to pre-defined numbers. The driving reasons are logged by the FM 200 Plus, along with all other trip information, and downloaded to the front-end software for reporting.
